Open Arms Children's Foundation (OACF) is a registered Canadian charity that was conceived in the hearts of families associated with Open Arms To International Adoption and recognized by the Federal government as a charitable organization in 2006. OACF is committed to helping to improve the lives of orphaned children in the Peoples Republic of China through partnerships with reputable partners who have the necessary infrastructure in China to ensure the maximization of donated dollars.
